Hello, I will share with you my experience on this online hotel reservation site. First of all, it is impossible to reach hôtel.com except virtual assistants or voice servers who ask for a reservation number that we do not have! the reservation has been made but we have not received confirmation. I cannot contact them by phone or email. Unstable web. There is bullshit. Credit card imprints are taken immediately after a cancellation refusal, whereas there is a 15-day withdrawal period in general. It is really difficult to make a reservation on this site.

Really negative experience with them to avoid this site…
